Growing talented managers for the future

The MDI Academy is an exciting venture designed to encourage and develop talent among the newsroom leaders of tomorrow.  This not-for-profit enterprise is designed to offer information and guidance from successful people in the industry who can share their secrets and insights. 

Our plan is to establish workshops to take place around the country a number of times each year.  We intend to seek funding and support for this program from foundations, universities, corporations and other parties interested in furthering the cause of diversity in the nation's newsrooms.
