Business Philosophy
The business philosophy of Chriesman & Associates
is based on the following principles:
|
Customer service
- The needs of the client will be the
first consideration. While general principles can be applied, each client has individual needs with unique issues. Our service will be tailored to those needs. We will work as a partner with our clients to
find solutions. Their satisfaction will be the determining factor in whether we are successful. |
|
Integrity
-
Our business is dedicated to operating in the most forthright manner possible. We are committed to being upfront, honest and reliable in our dealings with clients, suppliers and employees. Aside from being the right thing to do, it is simply good business practice.
|
|
Creativity
- We will seek out new and innovative ways to get things done. In a crowded field of those looking for attention, it is crucial to find ways that cut through
the noise. We want to make sure the medium complements and enhances the message. |
|
Quality - We want to produce work
both the client and we can be proud of. There are no shortcuts to quality work, but we will strive for quality in the most efficient ways possible. It makes no sense to waste the client's money if the job
can be done well in less time and for less money. |
|
Diversity - It is important our
work and our workforce reflect the increasingly diverse complexion of our country. It does not make sense for a company to lose out on business because it neglects or, worse, inadvertently offends a segment
of the consumer community. Our awareness of these issues will help avoid potentially costly mistakes and target a larger audience for the client's goods or services. |
We believe these qualities best serve the needs of our clients and are at the foundation for all that we do. Willie Chriesman
